Factory-Direct Product Accuracy
Buruj Textile is a vertically integrated manufacturer. We manage the weaving, dyeing, and stitching of our products.
- Color Accuracy: We utilize industrial-grade reactive dyeing. While we ensure our product photography is as accurate as possible, minor color variations may occur due to different mobile/monitor screen calibrations.
- Fabric Specifications: Product descriptions (e.g., 90/70 Airjet Lawn, TPU-coated waterproof membrane) are guaranteed by our factory standards.
Order Processing and Acceptance
- When you place an order, you will receive an SMS/Email confirmation. This is an acknowledgment of your order, not a legal acceptance.
- Buruj Textile reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- In the event of a cancellation of an advance-paid order, a full refund will be routed back to your original payment method (Bank/EasyPaisa/JazzCash) within 3 working days.
Wholesale and B2B Contracts
Wholesale buyers are subject to separate operational terms:
- A minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 20 pieces (or 2 full sets) is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.
- Change of Mind returns are completely void for wholesale orders.
- Wholesale defect claims are strictly capped at 1 defective piece per 10 pieces ordered, subject to mandatory video verification.
Consumer Rights & Governing Law
Your rights as a buyer are protected under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005. Buruj Textile operates in strict adherence to local laws to ensure fair trade, transparent pricing, and honest advertising. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.

All content, images, factory footage, logos, and textile designs displayed on burujtextile.com are the intellectual property of Buruj Textile. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our media by third-party retailers or competitors is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
