We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with all the products you have ordered from us. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do.

  • Because of the variations in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the finished item’s precise color or texture may not be properly visible on the screen; consequently, products cannot be exchanged. Only if the product(s) received a manufacturing defect of some type will we exchange the product(s).
  • The return policy will be applied to the unused, unwashed product with original packing and invoice within 7 Days of purchase.
  • The customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded and the Customer will pay return or replacement charges
  • Refund requests will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the return products.
  • Items purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange.
  • Pillow design may vary due to the cutting pattern of the fabric.
